Walgreens' in-store community rooms driving consultation opportunities

Walgreens clinicians in Glendale, Ind., took the initiative and fashioned a recurring "Weight Check Wednesdays" event to help educate new moms on baby care, the Indianopolis Star reported online Tuesday.

GLENDALE, Ind. — Walgreens clinicians here took the initiative and fashioned a recurring "Weight Check Wednesdays" event to help educate new moms on baby care, the Indianopolis Star reported online Tuesday morning.

Walgreens pharmacist Amy Lenell in April repurposed a recently remodeled community room into a drop-in clinic for new moms, the Star reported. Both Lenell and Sarah Long, a lactation consultant, provide consultation opportunities for moms.

SHELTON, Conn. — The star of "American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior," has dedicated a motorcycle themed after Bic's Flex4 men's shaver.

Paul Teutul Sr., who owns Orange County Choppers, unveiled the bike after Bic's promotion of the Flex4 shaver through its Bic 4 Good program. The program hosted an event at OCC headquarters in Newburgh, N.Y., and allowed participants to experience the Bic Flex4 shaver firsthand when they shaved their heads, beards and mustaches.
