Walgreens teams with Toys for Tots, to be featured on Ellen DeGeneres Show

Walgreens on Thursday announced it is teaming up with Toys for Tots and local charities across the nation.

DEERFIELD, Ill. — Walgreens on Thursday announced it is teaming up with Toys for Tots and local charities across the nation. Through Dec. 17, Walgreens customers can donate new, unwrapped toys at any Walgreens store.

All community donations will be distributed to local families.

Stater Bros. Charities spreads holiday cheer with Toys for Tots donation

The charitable arm of California supermarket chain Stater Bros. marked its sixth year donating to the local United States Marine Corps' Toys for Tots program.

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — The charitable arm of California supermarket chain Stater Bros. marked its sixth year donating to the local United States Marine Corps' Toys for Tots program.

Stater Bros.' customers supported the Toys for Tots program every time they purchased a Stater Bros.-branded product, the retailer said. The purchases generated a total of $24,160, which Stater Bros. Charities presented to representatives from the Toys for Tots program last Friday.
