Selling for $49.99 on Walgreens.com, the device has been certified for use by law enforcement by the Department of Transportation and carries a U.S. Coast Guard Approved certification. The three-digit LED results display is backlit for nighttime use, and no mouthpieces are necessary.

The advantages are just too good for these mini-boxes not to take hold. To begin with, there’s brand extension. Only the Internet can be as effective in attributing a national presence to a regional operator.

Shoppers ages 50 to 54 years lead the charge when it comes to purchasing health and beauty products online (52%), and shoppers ages 45 to 49 years are purchasing more food and beverage products online (29%) than any other age group, according to The Checkout, an ongoing shopper behavior study conducted by The Integer Group and M/A/R/C Research, released Thursday.

McNeil Consumer Healthcare on Wednesday issued a voluntarily recall of certain lots of Motrin IB coated tablets from retailers.

FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. — McNeil Consumer Healthcare on Wednesday issued a voluntarily recall of certain lots of Motrin IB coated tablets from retailers. "This is not a consumer-level recall, which means that consumers do not need to dispose of or return the product," McNeil stated. 

McNeil is recalling these products because testing of product samples showed that some caplets may not dissolve as quickly as intended when nearing their expiration date.
