EAGLE, Idaho — Frozen food maker Alexia Foods has introduced new rolls made with sweet potatoes, the company said Tuesday.

Alexia, which already makes other bread products like Ciabatta Rolls, Ancient Grain Rolls, Classic French Rolls and Focaccia Rolls, said the new Sweet Potato Rolls can be prepared in less than 20 minutes.

ADDISON, Ill. — Natural Snacks has introduced a kettle-cooked potato chip line for its Michael Season's brand.

The new Michael Season's kettle-cooked potato chips are available in five flavors, including lightly salted, unsalted, honey BBQ, sea salt and balsamic vinegar, and jalapeno. Each flavor includes all-natural ingredients and is wheat- and gluten-free.

Michael Season's kettle-cooked potato chips will hit retail shelves next month for a suggested retail price of $1.19 for 2-oz. bags and $2.99 for 5-oz. bags.

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. Krunchers! is recalling 18 cases of Jays potato chips, which were produced in the company's Jeffersonville, Ind., plant.

The cases, which were distributed throughout the Midwest in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois, were recalled because of an undeclared milk allergen. The product can be identified by a code in the upper right corner of the bag reading: JAN16CA542011. Each of the 18 cases of affected product contains 10 12-oz. bags that are priced at $3.99.
