ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Kodak is looking to transform into a digital enterprise by going back to basics.

The company, which has been the subject of focus in the bankruptcy rumor mill, said it has implemented a new business structure that will increase productivity, reduce cost and allow it to deliver sustainable profitability and value to stakeholders. As part of the changes, Kodak has consolidated three units into two, which now are called the commercial segment and the consumer segment.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Kodak has rolled out a limited-edition EasyShare camera bundle in partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

The Susan G. Komen Edition (C1530) camera bundle features a 14-megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom and a Kodak Share Button in pink, as well as a slim camera case, 4GB memory card and wrist strap with pink ribbons. What's more, $4 out of every purchase of the camera will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure to help fight breast cancer.

The company said that its new DXG-018 3-D pocket camera and viewer brings photography to a new level. The dual-lens 3-D camera snaps color pictures, which are saved onto a SanDisk card (sold separately) and then can be printed on standard 4x6 photo paper.

The Kodak EasyShare Touch, a 14-megapixel camera that features a 3-in. high-resolution capacitive touchscreen LCD, has an auto organization feature that sorts by people, date, keywords and videos, so it's easy to find the moments you want to share. The Kodak EasyShare Touch camera will be available in silver, black, red-orange, purple and red for $149.95.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Kodak's popular wireless frame with its own e-mail address is keeping up with the times.

The new generation of Kodak Pulse digital frames, which have Wi-Fi capability, will allow users to comment on photos they receive from friends and family with a Quick Comment button on the frame's touchscreen. What's more, the Pulse frame also connects to Facebook and Kodak Gallery albums, so pictures automatically are streamed to the frame.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. Eastman Kodak Co. has announced that CVS/pharmacy is offering the new Kodak PYNK smart print system, which is a new concept in premium photo products.

CVS/pharmacy will begin wide-scale installations in 5,000 of its U.S. retail locations in early December. Kodak expected to complete the PYNK system rollout for CVS/pharmacy in time for the holiday gifting season.
