Procter & Gamble’s Gillette Body has teamed up with three Body athlete ambassadors to help promote its new Gillette Body razor and share tips and tricks for achieving peak performance — internationally renowned skateboarder Ryan Sheckler, multiple world champion and Olympic gold medalist in beach volleyball Phil Dalhausser, and CrossFit champ Jason Khalipa.

NEW YORK — Bazooka Candy Brands, a division of the Topps Co., announced the expansion of the Major League Baseball branded Ring Pops to new teams this March. The candies will be expanding to additional teams, including the Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds and the Boston Red Sox.

The branded Ring Pop candies are packaged in wrappers featuring each team's logos, with flavors corresponding to the team colors, the company said.

STERLING, Ill. — Wahl recently introduced No-Rinse waterless shampoo and doggie deodorant. The products are designed to make pet bathing easy. No-Rinse was designed for in-between baths, but sales are strong in cold-weather seasons when consumers want to bath their pets but don’t want to take the hose out.

The shampoo’s all-natural, foaming formula allows users to apply and towel dry to remove dirt and debris while providing a natural scent. Doggie deodorant also is an all-natural spray formula that can used directly on the dog or the furniture to remove odors.

We have an annual holiday tradition at DSN that helped inspire the image on our cover. As the event, a group lunch at a local Chinese restaurant, dovetails with the end of college football season, we call it the “Rice Bowl.”

The Rice Bowl concludes with each person throwing in $1, and we go around the table comparing fortune cookie messages; the one with the “best” fortune as voted by the group gets the pot.

This year I finally won. I walked away with a whopping $5.

According to the study, which focused on ready-to-eat cereals, the program influences grocery shoppers' selections and significantly increases demand for products that are rated more nutritious, at the expense of those that are not. The findings were published in the journal Food Policy.

NEW YORK — Coty Inc. reported on Tuesday a boost in fiscal 2013 new revenues, thanks in part to growth in its fragrance and color cosmetics segments.

Net revenues for fiscal 2013 totaled $4.6 billion, up 2% like-for-like and 1% as reported from the prior-year period. The like-for-like growth was driven, in part, by strong performances of its Rimmel, Marc Jacobs, Chloe and Playboy brands.
