Each year the Fragrance Foundation presents the FiFi Awards, considered the "Oscars" of the fragrance community, where the talents of the fragrance industry are awarded a FiFi Award in 27 different categories.

The Pennsylvania-based retailer last month announced its test market of six new Wellness store prototypes, and after successfully testing a 15-minute prescription guarantee in three states, Rite Aid expanded that guarantee to all states except New York.

Between 1986 and 2006, more than 40,000 men filled out regular questionnaires about health and diets, which the Harvard team, led by nutrition and epidemiology professor Frank Hu, then collected.

The college, originally founded as the Brooklyn College of Pharmacy in 1886, has graduated more than 20,000 students. The celebration included special presentations and a cake made by master baker and host of the TLC reality show “Cake Boss,” Bartolo Valastro.

NEW YORK — Many children with Type 1 diabetes have other autoimmune disorders as well, according to published reports.

Citing findings in a recent study of nearly 500 children published in the journal Diabetes Care, Reuters reported that one-third of children with the disease — an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system attacks the cells of the pancreas — also have such disorders as celiac disease, autoimmune thyroid disease and a disorder of the adrenal glands called Addison’s disease.

The Greek yogurt brand surpassed such competitors as Yoplait and Dannon, according to SymphonyIRI’s InfoScan Review, which examined the last 12 weeks of sales, ended March 20, across food, drug and mass (excluding Walmart).

What's more, SymphonyIRI recently named Chobani as one of the most successful food and beverage consumer packaged goods brands of 2010.

The Deloitte Consumer Spending Index tumbled to 3.62% from nearly 4.1% in the prior month. Deloitte’s chief economist and author of the monthly index, Carl Steidtmann, said that despite the economic recovery, consumers don't have the motivation to spend.

The water brand said that its Baby Inside commercial will feature portraits of people wearing Evian's Baby Inside T-shirts, which are edited together in a flipbook-style commercial. Additionally, an interactive, user-generated version of the commercial will be released online at LetsBabyDance.evian.com and via an iPhone application, where users can become actors in the video.
