According to Reuters, Mulligan also said that Target discovered 25 registers infected with malware on Dec. 18, contradicting an earlier statement from the retailer that all malware had been removed by Dec. 15.

In Hawaii, a bill to adopt NPLEx is awaiting Gov. Neil Abercrombie's signature. If signed, Hawaii would become the 22nd NPLEx state.

Ron Paul, R-Texas, in an effort to improve the quality of patient care by leveling the playing field between healthcare professionals and insurance companies in the healthcare industry.
