FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Jelly Belly Candy Company has introduced new Jelly Belly Tabasco jelly bean bottles to candy shelves, the company announced today.

Jelly Belly Tabasco jelly beans mimic the traditional Tabasco brand bottle and are filled with the newest Jelly Belly jelly beans spiced with genuine Tabasco brand seasonings.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Jelly Belly has added a Tabasco-flavored bean to its lineup of gourmet jelly beans. Red peppers, Avery Island salt and distilled vinegar, and a subtle sweetness have been combined to create a jelly bean designed to “ignite the taste buds with a peppery punch that hot sauce fans crave.” 


Tabasco Jelly Belly beans are available to ship in 10-lb. bulk cases now. The company plans to release the new flavor in 3.1-oz. Grab & Go bags, packed 12-count per caddy, 
in December.

GLENDALE, Calif. — Nestlé is rolling out new seasonal candy offerings for spring.

The company's lineup this year includes the Nestlé Crunch Paul Frank "Julius the Bunny" solid milk chocolate bunny, which will be exclusively sold at Target for a suggested retail price of $3.49. Other items include:

• Nestlé Butterfinger bunny, which will carry an SRP of $3.49 per 5.5-oz. package;

• SweeTarts gummies, which will carry an SRP of $2.49 per 14-oz. package;

FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Jelly Belly has introduced a new line of jelly beans inspired by Snapple beverages.

Jelly Belly Snapple Mix are made with natural ingredients, including real fruit juice, Snapple juice drink concentrates and fruit purees, and do not contain artificial coloring, Jelly Belly said. The product will be packaged in a 1.65-oz. bottle package that is modeled after the real Snapple Juice Drink bottles. In addition to the new 1.65-oz. Jelly Belly Snapple Bottle, Jelly Belly Snapple Mix also is available in a 3.1-oz. bag, a 6.5-oz. bag and 4.5-oz. box.

LOS ANGELES and RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — YummyEarth has expanded its lineup of organic candy to include sour jelly beans.

New YumEarth Naturals sour beans are made with all-natural ingredients and do not contain artificial colors, flavors or such major allergens as gluten, nuts and dairy. The new candy is in line with the launch of the brand's latest flavor, Perfectly Peach.

YumEarth Naturals sour beans are available in 2.5-oz., 4-oz. and 7-oz. sizes for a suggested retail price of $2, $2.99 and $6.99, respectively.

FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Jelly Belly Candy Co. has teamed up with beverage brand Snapple to create a new line of Jelly Belly beans with Snapple Juice Drinks.

The candy maker began at the source with Snapple Juice Drink concentrates in five Snapple flavors: Fruit Punch, Mango Madness, Cranberry Raspberry, Pink Lemonade and Kiwi Strawberry. 

Jelly Belly Snapple Mix flavors are made from real fruit juice and purees. These jelly beans have no artificial coloring; the colors come from natural fruit and vegetables, the manufacturer stated. 

FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Jelly Belly is offering customers a new treat at store checkouts nationwide.

This January, Jelly Belly will release a new 1.45-oz. 20 Flavors bag, showing that good things come in small packages.

Each package of Jelly Belly will feature the company's most popular jelly bean flavors, the company said.

FAIRFIELD, Calif. Jelly Belly jelly bean seed packets will hit retail shelves this fall.

The 1-oz. packages are available in watermelon and cherry varieties. The new product will begin shipping in November, and come in a 24-count caddy.
