Walgreens on Monday announced it is extending through April 15 its program to provide medications to newly insured Americans enrolled under the Affordable Care Act, who have difficulty using their new insurance coverage because they haven't received a plan identification number yet from their insurer.

This winter Ligety will be spreading the message of using Vicks DayQuil & NyQuil to relieve cold symptoms and "power through anything winter throws at them." The new partnership with Ligety is part of a long-standing Vicks and P&G sponsorship of the Olympics.

Navarro, based in Miami and the largest Hispanic-owned pharmacy chain in the country, said several healthcare companies would be available at its stores to explain insurance options, costs and other important information. The chain also will offer free health screenings like glucose testing, blood-pressure monitoring and others.

WASHINGTON — A lobbying group representing retailers is hoping Congress will delay the full implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act next year.

In testimony before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, NRF VP and employee benefits policy counsel Neil Trautwein said retailers have "serious concerns" about the healthcare reform law, set to take effect next year. ST. LOUIS — Anheuser-Busch is launching a new advertising campaign that lets Budweiser drinkers track where their beer comes from and how it's made.

The campaign features fifth-generation brewmaster Pete Kraemer, as well as five regional brewmasters. Kraemer's job is to ensure that the Budweiser brewed around the world meets the same standards; he also oversees the growing and research of barley in Colorado and hops grown in Germany. Kraemer's father, Gerhardt, a Hungarian-born German immigrant, was also a brewmaster for the company; Gerhardt Kraemer retired in 2001.

The new can design is modeled after the company's bowtie label that backs the brand's signature on the sides of cans, bottles and other Budweiser merchandise first introduced in 1956 with a national advertising campaign. The new cans will not replace the traditional Budweiser can.
