BOULDER, Colo. — Izze has expanded its line of 50-calorie sparkling juices, the company announced Tuesday.

New low-calorie Izzue Esque sparkling watermelon flavor hit store shelves this month. With the new flavor, the Izze Esque lineup now features four flavors, including sparkling black raspberry, sparkling limon and sparkling mandarin.

Izze Esque is available nationwide in Whole Foods Market, as well as in select grocery stores, for a suggested retail price of $1.39 to $1.69 per bottle or $4.99 to $5.49 per four-pack.

The "Lipstick Diaries" survey was commissioned by L'Oréal Paris and conducted online by Harris Interactive of nearly 2,300 men and women between March 25 and 29.

Over time the aerosol containers' inside lining can corrode, creating the potential risk of rupturing and releasing the contents. Nearly 1 million cans have been recalled, according to the manufacturer.

CAMP HILL, Pa. — Rite Aid is showcasing new candy varieties for last-minute Easter shoppers, the pharmacy retailer said Monday.

The National Confectioners Association ranked Easter as one of the top-selling holidays for candy and estimated that 16 billion jelly beans and 90 million chocolate Easter bunnies are produced each year. ABBOTT PARK, Ill. — Abbott Diagnostics on Friday announced its filing of a submission for clearance by the Food and Drug Administration for a fully automated vitamin D assay performed on its Architect testing system for use by healthcare professionals.

"Increasing interest in vitamin D is fueling a surge in orders for tests as more healthcare professionals and consumers become aware of the rising prevalence of vitamin D deficiencies in otherwise healthy people and the potential health risks," stated Sudarshan Hebbar, senior medical director of Abbott Diagnostics.

MINONG, Wis. — A beef jerky brand is expanding its Sasquatch snacks line with a large beef steak product.

Jack Link's Beefy Jerky said its new Sasquatch Big Steak boasts more than 16 in. in length and is available in Angry (original) and Zen (teriyaki) flavors.

The Sasquatch Big Steaks are available for $2.99 per 2.4-oz. steak. The Sasquatch Big Sticks, which launched last year, are available for $2.49 per 2.2-oz. stick.
