Park City Group, a provider of consumer goods supply chain technology, has tapped food industry insiders Austin Noll Jr. and Richard Juliano to serve on its board.

PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Group, a provider of consumer goods supply chain technology, has tapped food industry insiders Austin Noll Jr. and Richard Juliano to serve on its board. Peter Brennan, who has served on the board since 2009, has announced his retirement from the board for personal reasons. All moves are effective immediately.

The group represents all areas of the retail grocery, convenience, foodservice and discount channels, as well as trading partners and industry groups.

CHICAGO — SymphonyIRI Group on Thursday identified the executives sitting on its new board of directors, including the naming of Lawrence Benjamin as chairman.

A 25-year veteran, Benjamin most recently held several executive positions at Royal Ahold, including CEO of U.S. foodservice, COO of Ahold's U.S. retail businesses, EVP and a seat on the company's global board. Previously, he was CEO for NutraSweet and president of the frozen meals division of Kraft. Benjamin currently is a senior adviser at New Mountain Capital.

Ken's Foods has increased the size of its salad dressing bottles.

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. — Ken's Foods has increased the size of its salad dressing bottles.

The company said its new 9-oz. salad dressing bottle replaces its existing 8-oz. bottle, giving the consumer 12.5% more dressing for their money, Ken's Foods said. What's more, 26 varieties of Ken's salad dressings will be "dressed up" in the updated bottles.

"We held focus groups with our end users," said Bob Merchant, Ken's Foods COO. "They made it clear that they prefer plastic bottles over glass, and Ken's listens to consumers."
