MINNEAPOLIS — Target has expanded its Beauty Concierge program in three metropolitan areas across the country, the mass-merchandise retailer said Wednesday.

The company said it implemented the program at 95 stores in New York and New Jersey, the San Francisco Bay Area and Dallas-Fort Worth. Stores are staffed with a beauty concierge, a specially trained, brand-agnostic assistant who answers customers' questions in the store and provides personalized, detailed and unbiased information about beauty and personal care products.

FORT WORTH, Texas — The Food and Drug Administration has approved a drug made by Galderma Labs for treating a side effect of rosacea in adults, the company said.

Galderma announced the approval of Mirvaso (brimonidine) topical gel in the 0.33% strength for the topical treatment of facial erythema of rosacea. The drug is applied once per day to reduce redness and lasts up to 12 hours. The company expects the drug to become available in pharmacies next month.

FORT WORTH, Texas — RadioShack Corp. has ended its mobile phone partnership with Target Corp. amid slumping sales, the electronics store chain said Tuesday.

RadioShack said it had stopped operating its Target Mobile centers before the end of last month. The company had operated mobile phone kiosks inside Target stores. The company posted first quarter 2013 quarter sales of $849 million and a loss of $43 million, compared with $913 million last year and a loss of $8 million.

The chronic skin condition affects more than 7 million people in the United States.

Along with the fuel center, the new store features a pharmacy and offers a vast wine and beer selection. Kroger currently has 30 Signature stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
