DALLAS — Talenti Gelato e Sorbetto are introducing five new flavors to its line of all-natural gelatos.

The lineup, which includes chocolate peanut butter cup, banana chocolate swirl, black raspberry chocolate chip, chocolate chip Stracciatella and simply strawberry, are made from scratch using fresh milk (free of growth hormones), extra fine pure cane sugar and only all-natural ingredients, the company said.

Consumers can find Talenti's new gelato flavors at major retailers nationwide at a suggested retail price of $4.99 to $5.99.

As part of National Minority Health Month, CVS/pharmacy will offer free health screenings at select stores in African-American and Latino communities in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

JERUSALEM — The Food and Drug Administration has approved a drug made by Teva for treating allergies, the company said Monday.

Teva announced the approval of Qnasl (beclomethasone dipropionate) for seasonal and year-round nasal allergies in patients ages 12 years and older. The company said the drug, a "dry" nasal aerosol, would become available next month.

This new study — published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings — helps clarify a debate that erupted after smaller studies produced conflicting results about the relationship between vitamin D and depression. Major depressive disorder affects nearly 1-in-10 adults in the United States.
