Report: Solantic to move headquarters to Nashville

Urgent care operator Solantic is moving its corporate headquarters from Florida to Tennessee, according to a local news report.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Urgent care operator Solantic is moving its corporate headquarters from Florida to Tennessee, according to a local news report.

According to a report by The Independent Florida Alligator, the company’s corporate headquarters office is currently in Jacksonville but will be relocating to Nashville.

The report stated that Solantic’s 32 urgent care clinics in Florida will remain open.

Martin's Food Markets is donating 25 park benches made from recycled plastic grocery bags to Richmond and Williamsburg, Va., the supermarket chain said.

RICHMOND, Va. — Martin's Food Markets is donating 25 park benches made from recycled plastic grocery bags to Richmond and Williamsburg, Va., the supermarket chain said.

Martin's, part of Giant Food Stores of Carlisle, Pa., also known as Giant-Carlisle, said the donation of benches to parks, schools and green spaces throughout the two communities was part of its "Bags to Benches" program. The chain also will donate 10 benches to the State Fair of Virginia.

MinuteClinic plans to open seven additional clinics along the South Carolina coast between now and early 2012. The new clinics will be located in the Charleston, Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach metropolitan areas.

Publix announced that it will make its Knoxville, Tenn., debut in the Northshore Town Center at Northshore Drive and Pellissippi Parkway.

LAKELAND, Fla. — Publix announced that it will make its Knoxville, Tenn., debut in the Northshore Town Center at Northshore Drive and Pellissippi Parkway.

The 56,000-sq.-ft. Publix will offer conventional items combined with an abundant selection of earth-friendly, all-natural and organic products. In addition to the traditional grocery items, the store will feature signature products and services, including a pharmacy, bakery and full-serve deli, meat and seafood departments.
