NEW YORK — Naterra International, the maker of Tree Hut and Baby Magic, has developed a new bath and body care line called Aqua Spa.

The line includes a trio of spa-inspired bath and body collections infused with deep-sea minerals and a Marine Youth Complex to help battle the signs of aging. Each collection includes a bath soak, bath oil, body cleanser and a crème. The three scents in the collections are:

The brand has expanded from approximately 15,000 U.S. retail locations to more than 25,000 in the first quarter of 2014.

Coty and Avon inked a deal under which Avon Brazil will market and sell select Coty fragrances and its ancillaries through Avon's 1.5 million independent sales representatives in Brazil.

NEW YORK — Coty and Avon inked a deal under which Avon Brazil will market and sell select Coty fragrances and its ancillaries through Avon's 1.5 million independent sales representatives in Brazil.

Although the details are still being finalized, the intent is for Avon to carry a collection of Coty's celebrity and lifestyle fragrances in the Avon Brochure in Brazil, the companies said in a joint statement.

The arrangement is subject to final documentation, which the companies plan to complete over the next few months.

CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble has reportedly developed the first smartphone-connected toothbrush to give consumers personalized advice for better oral health, according to a Reuters report.

The toothbrush, which is slated to launch in June under the Oral-B brand, was unveiled during the Mobile World Congress last week in Barcelona, Reuters reported.

The line, created by dermatologist Dr. Brian Zelickson, launched exclusively on Target.com on Feb. 17 and will be available in select Target stores beginning in March. Products also are available on MDCompleteSkincare.com as of Feb. 16. MD Complete ranges in price from $16.99 to $39.99.

CINCINNATI — Beauty brand Kao USA — whose portfolio includes Jergens, Curel and Biore — announced on Friday that it is separating from agency KBS+P.

Kao, who said the decision was mutual, is conducting a closed review for its global creative account for the following brands: John Frieda, Jergens, Biore and Curel. KBS+P, Kao's agency for the past 10 years, will not participate. The review does not affect other Kao USA agencies for media and digital in Kao's key markets.
