Situated in Boston’s MetroWest suburbs and theWorcester market, this development also will include 382 upscale residential units. As of 2009, there were more than 81,000 residents within a 5-mi. radius of the new development, boasting an average annual income of more than $106,000, according to New England Development.
“Over the next five to seven years, we might have half a dozen locations in Massachusetts," Ralph Uttaro, VP real estate development for Wegmans, told the Globe. “We’re looking for high-density areas with high levels of income and education."
